Anton De Reuck
Chief Executive Officer

Anton studied at the University of Stellenbosch, following which he has acquired 40 years’ experience in financial services. He spent much of that time with Sanlam ending up as Senior Manager, Research and Development.  He left Sanlam to form and become the MD of StratoScience, subsequently forming Vertomis, of which he was CEO. He formed V-SSS in 2014 to support international companies in enhancing the productivity and profitability of their sales forces through the use of statistical methodologies and models.

Stephen Woodward
Chairman

Having graduated with Honours in Business Management with specialisms in both Marketing and Finance , Stephen spent the first half of his career in management and Board positions in a number of major corporations including Nestle, Seagram, Interpublic. Then he formed a CRM consultancy advising large automotive, and financial services clients, including VW Group, Land Rover, Mercedes Benz, and RBS, NatWest, Lloyds Norwich Union, as well as working with Anton de Reuck at Sanlam.

Philip Moore
Director

Philip studied Philosophy at the universities of Leicester and Oxford, and management at Cranfield University.  He then had a career in marketing an sales management in life insurance in the UK before setting up a research-based consultancy business working primarily with financial and professional services business.  For much of the last 30 years he has also worked with LIMRA and LOMA working with life companies across Europe and Africa.
